Commissions · Readiness Audit
Find out what you are really dealing with.
The Readiness Audit is the front door to ElmsPark. A deep, evidence-led review of your live site, delivered as a private interactive report and a 45-minute call. Every finding reproduced on the real thing and independently double-checked. It is how a serious project starts: with the truth, not a guess.
Why start here
Most rebuilds go wrong in the first fortnight.
Because nobody stopped to look properly at what already exists. Decisions get made on assumptions, the budget gets spent in the wrong places, and the new site inherits the old problems with a fresh coat of paint.
The audit is the antidote. It establishes the real state of your site and your goals before any commitment, so whatever comes next is grounded rather than guessed.
What it covers
Six things, measured on the real thing.
- ConversionWhere you are losing visitors, and the specific reasons why.
- Privacy and GDPRConsent, data handling, and the legal exposure most sites do not know they carry.
- AccessibilityWho cannot currently use your site, what it is costing you, and what the law expects.
- SEO and AI-readinessHow well search engines and answer-engines can read and quote you (structured data, llms.txt, clean headings, server-rendered content), and whether autonomous AI agents can actually act on your site.
- PerformanceReal speed and Core Web Vitals, and what is dragging them down.
- SecurityThe obvious holes and the quiet ones.
A free scanner hands you a wall of warnings and no judgement about which ones matter, or whether they are even real. This is the opposite: every finding reproduced on your actual site, independently double-checked, and ranked by what will actually move the needle. No generic checklist, no findings you cannot verify.
What you get
A private, interactive report. And an hour of my time.
Not a PDF you skim once and lose. A private, interactive report you can explore, where each finding shows the problem, the proof captured on your own pages, the fix, and where it ranks against everything else. Then a 45-minute call to walk through it together and answer anything.
You come away knowing exactly where you stand and what to do about it, whether or not you ever commission a thing.
What it costs
£1,800. And it comes off your commission.
The audit is £1,800, credited in full against a Launchpad commission (from £28,500) booked within 90 days. That is ample time to decide without being rushed. If we are not a fit, the audit stands on its own as a deliverable you keep.
Either way you are ahead: either a build that starts from solid ground with the audit fee already counted, or a clear, independent picture of your site that is yours to act on however you like.
Who it is for
A serious first step, not a casual enquiry.
The audit is for owners who are about to make a real decision about their site and want to make it with their eyes open. It is also the cleanest way to start working together: no long sales dance, just an honest look and a straight conversation.
If we are a fit, we will both know within the hour.
He has supported me ever since, including audits that were genuinely useful. He understands the whole picture, not just the website.Linda Fox · 1 Day 1 Project, five-year client
If the audit shows a rebuild is the right move, Launchpad is the full commission it leads into: a complete PageMotor site, designed with you and finished by hand, with your £1,800 credited against it.
