FAQ
What is ElmsPark?
ElmsPark is the personal web design practice of Kenn Jordan, working from a rural studio in Carrickbyrne, County Wexford. After forty-two years in the craft, and an agency that now runs without him, Kenn takes on a handful of website commissions each year. He designs and directs, a trained AI engine does the building, and PageMotor holds it all up.
How does the “I design, my AI builds” method work?
Three things, working together. Kenn is the conductor, deciding what matters and finishing by hand. A trained AI engine, developed and refined over two years, is the instrument that does the building. PageMotor is the stage. The heavy, repetitive code and markup are handled, so the work stays where it should be: ideas, craft, and beautiful solutions.
What is the Readiness Audit, and what does it cost?
The Readiness Audit is the front door to ElmsPark, a serious first step rather than a casual enquiry. Over five to seven working days you receive a written report, a 45-minute call, and a clear-eyed view of what you are dealing with. It is £1,800, credited in full against any commission within 90 days. If we are a fit, we will both know within the hour.
Why start with an audit instead of going straight to a build?
Most rebuild projects go wrong in the first fortnight, because nobody stopped to look properly at what already exists. The audit is the antidote. It establishes the real state of your site and your goals before any commitment, so the build that follows is grounded rather than guessed.
What is PageMotor, and why build on it?
PageMotor is a modern, AI-friendly CMS that replaces WordPress without dragging its baggage forward: no plugin bloat, no endless maintenance, fast and server-rendered by default. It is also built to be read and acted on by AI, which is why this very site scores top marks for AI readiness. ElmsPark builds exclusively on PageMotor.
Do you migrate existing WordPress sites?
Yes. Moving off WordPress onto PageMotor is a core part of the practice: keeping what works, shedding the bloat, and rebuilding on a foundation that stays fast and maintainable. The Readiness Audit is where that conversation starts.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
ElmsPark operates from Carrickbyrne, County Wexford, Ireland. Projects are run remotely and video calls are welcomed; in-person visits are rare and charged separately. Kenn replies personally to every genuine enquiry within two working days.
What makes a website “AI-ready”?
Two layers. The first is how well answer-engines can read and quote you: structured data, an llms.txt file, clean headings, and server-rendered content. The second is whether autonomous AI agents can act on your site: a discoverable API or MCP endpoint, and properly labelled forms. The Readiness Audit measures both, and hands you a plan to close the gaps.
