Launchpad is the full commission. A complete PageMotor website, designed with you in conversation, built by my trained AI engine, and finished by hand. The full EP Suite configured, your photography, your legal pages, your real services wired in. A handful of these a year, each one shaped to the client.
What it is
Not a template. Not a builder. A designed publication that happens to be your website.
I design and direct. A trained AI engine, refined over two years, does the building. PageMotor holds it all up. The result is closer to a brand-finished case study than anything a website builder produces: a proper typographic scale, editorial layout, real photography, a confident voice, end to end.
You get a complete multi-page site, not a homepage and a promise.
The process
A conductor, an instrument, a stage.
- Discovery. We talk. I learn who you are, what you sell, how you sound, who you are for. This is where the work is won or lost, so it is done carefully, not rushed.
- Design. I shape the direction: palette, type, the editorial primitives, the structure. Decisions a generator cannot make.
- The build. The engine produces the site in your brand voice, photographed, multi-page, with the full EP Suite configured and your real services wired in.
- Finished by hand. I go through every page myself. The last ten per cent, the part that separates a designed site from a generated one, is mine.
Discovery is a guided interview, a bespoke version of the engine behind my self-serve builder. Once you have completed it, the build moves fast: most Launchpad sites are live within two to three weeks.

A Launchpad commission does not just come with the EP Suite as it stands today. It comes with lifetime access to the entire suite, present and future. Eighty-six plugins now, and every one I release from here on, yours at no extra cost.
That is the quiet reason Launchpad is what it is. Your site is not frozen at launch. It keeps gaining capability as the suite grows, and the care plan behind it is built to support all of it.
Included for life means a perpetual licence to the software at no extra licence cost. Any third-party services a plugin relies on are billed at cost.
After launch · Autopilot
I built it. I keep it running.
Autopilot is the ongoing care for a site I have designed and built for you. Automated maintenance, monitoring and self-healing, watching your site so you do not have to.
Because Launchpad comes with the whole suite, present and future, Autopilot has to fully support that entire growing toolset. That is what makes it more than a generic maintenance plan: it is care for a bespoke site and the complete platform underneath it.
Hands-on human time, when something genuinely needs me, is billed separately at premium rates.

I take on a small number each year so each gets the attention it needs.
How to start
The front door is an audit.
Every commission starts with a Readiness Audit: a deep, evidence-led look at where you are and where you want to be, delivered as a private interactive report and a 45-minute call. It is £1,800, credited in full against a Launchpad commission booked within 90 days. If we are not a fit, the audit stands on its own as a deliverable you keep. If we are a fit, we will both know within the hour.
