ADVANCED: Support and Maintenance Services
- Scope of Support Services: ElmsPark agrees to provide the Client with Advanced Web Management Support services, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monthly backups of the Client’s website to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of data loss.
- Regular updates of the website’s WordPress core software, plugins, and themes to maintain security and compatibility with web standards.
- Monitoring and analysis of website logs for failed login attempts, unusual activity patterns, and potential security threats. Implementation of preventive measures as necessary to safeguard against unauthorised access.
- Performance of routine checks and adjustments to optimise website speed, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): ElmsPark commits to a response time of 24 hours for any issues reported by the Client under this support plan. Resolution time may vary based on the complexity of the issue but will generally be addressed within 48 hours.
- Exclusions: This support plan does not cover services such as content updates, SEO optimisation, custom feature development, or redesign of the website. Such services may be provided by ElmsPark at an additional cost, subject to a separate agreement.
- Duration and Renewal: This support plan is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of contract signing and will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the current term expires.
- Fees: The Client agrees to pay ElmsPark a monthly fee of $500, payable at the beginning of each month, or $5,000 per year if paid annually in advance. This fee is subject to review and adjustment at the beginning of each renewal term.
