Daily 8am check watches: promo cost-per-result, subs delta, organic engaged views, new comments, and per-Short retention once S1–S3 land. Kill/scale rule applies from the first Short.
Chant-sheet URLs go into video descriptions as a second pass once the site is deployed (so no dead links ship). I'll do it by API on your “deployed” message.
